Russian Officials Restricted to Russian Cars (Alongside Chinese)

Driving around almost any major city, it is uncommon to spot Russian cars with official license plates. Russia, having lost most of its trading partners, has enacted a policy that requires Russian officials restricted to Russian Cars. However, there is an interesting exception to this rule: China.

It is quite telling when there are only two countries willing to sell cars to you, and one of those countries is your own. Despite this, Moscow still finds it necessary to mandate that its highest ranking government officials are restricted to Russian cars.

Unfortunately, there are no official Russian brands dealerships currently available in Cambodia, but a lot of options for the Chinese brands.
